Hi,

I have tried your app for a day but was never able to use it.

Although, I got charged $209.99 last April 7, 2023.

I tried to login to unsubscribe or stop the renewal for this April 2024.

Your system says my account does not exist.

Could I please request for a refund of what you charged me as well as stop whatever subscription is active in my account?

I am financially struggling at the moment and would not be able to handle this service/bill which I am not using.
