Terrible service/communication

I ordered flowers online for my Mom. After 4 hours, I received an email saying that they cannot deliver due to no florist in our area which is a total lie. They said I could reorder using UPS and it would be delivered today. Well it is 7pm and no flowers. When I contacted them they said it is out for delivery tomorrow. No phone call or email. This is total unacceptable. Don't use this company they are not responsible or follow up with communication.

Flowers Review

Ordered flowers to be delivered saturday May 9th. I called company because they never came. They said they tried to deliver but no one was home. We were home all day waiting for these flowers. They blatantly lied. Received flowers May 10th at 5pm and were nothing like what we ordered. I hope others read all these negative reviews before ordering.

Problem with delivery

Flowers never showed up and...

I order flowers off line to send to my mother for her birthday. I even paid the expited fee off $4.99 to have them delivered to her within 4 hours of me placing the order. Well four hours went by and I hadn't heard from my mom about the flowers so I called the customer service line to check on the status of the delivery. (My checking account had already been charged for the flowers) wen u spoke with someone she put me on he for 5 minutes, came back on the line and asked me to wait some more so I asked her if there was a problem she said no and put me back on hold for another 5 minutes. When she finally took me off hold, she said she was sorry bit she couldn't give me a status on my order and told me that I would receive an email when it has been delivered. Twenty minutes later I get a call saying there was a mix up with my order and the flowers wouldn't be able to be delivered until the next day. I told them no thank you I want a full refund. Still waiting on my refund!!! Never again will I use this company!!!!

Flowersforyou - extra chges made it 2X advertised price.

I ordered a fall bouquet for a family member. The advertised price was $24.99, but added charges made the total almost twice as much as the advertised amount. The family member emailed me a photo of the arrangement - it certainly wasn't worth $47.00!. I emailed the company several times, and complained, expressing my dissatisfaction, and all I got was, "So sorry for any inconvenience." I wish I'd read the reviews first. flowersforyou will never get my business again and I will strongly discourage my friends and family from using them. Their promise "100% Guaranteed" is a LIE!
