From You Flowers.com guaranteed delivery

I ordered flowers the day before they were to arrive to my granddaughter for her birthday. They asked if I would like to have them delivered before 10:30 am and I said yes which they charged me for. The flowers did not arrive and they tried to tell me it was because of the severe weather the day they were to be delivered... there was no severe weather until late that night. They lied. This company need to hold up there guarantee or take "guaranteed" delivery date off their website. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them again.

A Bunch Of Bull

I ordered some flowers from Flowerstoyou.com for my wife for a 10 year anniversay. I was excited that they could be delivered the same day. When my wife pulled up with the flowers they delivered to her job, I was furious. The flowers shown on the website looked nothing like what was delivered. They were missing a certain color and flower. I even upgraded to the deluxe, thinking is would be better than the normal. This arrangement had been thrown together and I do mean thrown together. After sending my first email to the company including pictures of what was delivered, they offered me a $10 off coupon. That was not going to fly do to the fact that it would require me to spend more money with them. I explained that that was not acceptable to me. After 3 more email and a bunch of apoligies from them, I asked to have a supervisor contact me. Once the supervisor contacted me and feed me the same bull, she offered to give me 10% of my money back. That came to a total of $6.00. That was an insult. This is not a company that I would suggest at all. All they do is apologize after they get your money.
