Such a scam. I got flowers delivered to me.

Small bouquet, but pretty. I sent the picture to the person who had ordered them for me and they were surprised. Why? Because they had paid over $100 for a huge rose bouquet and what I had received included maybe 10 mixed flowers and had come two days before the event they were scheduled for.

Company claims they used "more expensive and fresh flowers" as their excuse for robbing the sender of over $60 plus extra shipping fees for a holiday.

The flowers used were actually cheaper and the bouquet selected was 1/6th of the size of the original purchased item at best. STAY AWAY.

I charged double on my credit card and never received any flowers

Buyers beware. A scam.

They inflate pricing and the worse thing is they failed to deliver the flowers on time. When I called to track the flowers I was told they were 20 mins from deliver, 3 hrs later I called to confirm again and they told me the system was down. Customer service lies and told me I should have had a Plan B so as not miss a milestone birthday.

I chose a place that guaranteed delivery and they shifted the blame to me!! This place is appalling!'DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPAnY!!!

This is the biggest shister company in the world. I ordered flowers for my mom's funeral that were supposed to be delivered that day.

By the next day at 4 they still were not there. We had to call them 4 times & threaten with law suit before they finally delivered the flowers. They also connect their link to local flower shops who are no longer in business so when you think you are dealing with a local shop you are actually dealing with them. If you ever order online & it takes you to flowerdelivery.com DO NOT ORDER they are also know as Just Flowers -- local flower shops have also said they are a terrible company to work with -- BE WARE DO NOT USE THEM They offered to take $5 off -- what an insult.

To make matters worse we were already dealing with the loss of mom and did not need this frustration. We have heard that their parent company is out of California.

When we called to complain 4 different times hardly any of them could speak understandable English. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
