Complete lack of tech support Agents are only there to sell you product Unresponsive
I have started a new business and with a website and E-commerce
To track potential customers who visit our site we needed a dynamic QR code. We choose Flowcode because they actually had a phone number.
However their voice mail is full and it's impossible to reach them unless you email. I was finally able to contact someone who called back. They gave me some basic sales pitch info and sent me a video to build in the features I wanted for my code.
We used the video and in the end the page created was NOT what we had created. We went in to try again and were informed that our URL was already takes, ( yes by US!) but there didnt seem to be a way to access that??
We were offered an alternate url, ours with an additional number so proceeded. We managed to make our way through and when we finalized the end result was NOT what we created. Again we tried to reach out by phone, left a message, emailed and sent texts but no one replied in a timely manner. Frustrated we tried again, then a 4th time and finally a 5th time.
Each time after following the steps we were gives the got the same wrong result. I'm here now because I had a limited amount of time to get a Dynamic code and now I'm at a stand still, no one is replying or calling back and my time has run out. Today I've sent messages to 3 agents but no reply I've tried to leave a message but their VM is full, and as expected no emails have been answered.
I'm now researching the company in the hope for finding a way to contact them before my deadline passed. It was no surplice to discover that Flow code which is owned by the same Google owners has no way to contact support.
User's recommendation: Move on! Certainly there is another company that will actually care about you as a customer!
