They came out to test my water and make recommendations on the best system for my use. For this service I was to receive a $100 gift certificate/ Wallmart. This never happened and messed up my home..

The representative was so fixed on showing me how bad my water was that he used multiple test kits all over my kitchen and sprayed water on my mirrors. My home was worst off clean wise when he left. He also did not provide me with the gift certificate after approximately one hour of presentation.
