- - Bought Jan 2022; wore June; one shoe smaller, right foot looser than left; return accepted but no refund or label; they blocked my messages.
One shoe was smaller than other shoe of the pair. I bouton January 2022.
Did not wear till June. When I started wearing, found right foot is very loose compared to the left. It took two weeks to contact customer service. Finally they agreed to take back the pair.
But will not give refund, and will not send return label to ship back. When I tried to communicate, they blocked me and mails were returned.
Very bad customer service.
