Heels on my comfort tech shoes disintegrated at my nieces wedding yesterday and I only wore them once at my cousins daughters wedding last year and they were stored in a box.

I was 2 1/2 hours away from home at the venue and felt embarrassed as I was leaving rubber everywhere and couldnt dance or enjoy my night.

Im appalled with this product and want to be compensated as this isnt right and I have reviewed a lot of other people having the same problem.

How are you allowed to keep selling these shoes and charging high prices.

Florsheim - Customer Care Review

My husband and I went to Florsheim Southland on Sunday 5 Feb 2017. There was not a customer in the store except us and the lady standing behind the counter did not even acknowledge us.

We left and looked elsewhere and came back as we liked a pair of shoes we saw in the shop. The lady finally offered assistance that to say the least was not at all wanting a sale.

We left and went to Myer and spent over $200 in the men's shoe department. Proof that we wanted to purchase.

You are lucky that you didn't buy Florsheim shoes. I used to wear Florsheim shoes until the heels of a brand new pair fall apart before I wear it.

I'll never buy Florsheim shoes again. It's' embarrassing to wear them.

I have worn Florsheim shoes for over 20 years, without any issues. I recently purchased a pair from Myer and noticed a small split in the side after just 6 months.

This has never happened in the past. Knowing that Myer would demand a receipt - something I never keep with my Florsheim shoes as I have never had a problem before - I sent an email direct to Florsheim Australia and they responded straight away in a most positive manner. I received a phone call within minutes of me sending my email and was asked to supply some photos so they could check the fault and also the style of the shoe. I sent a couple off and was again contacted to inform me they would hunt around for a suitable replacement and get back to me within 24 hours.

Not only did they keep their contact promise, I was also sent a photo of the style they wanted to send me. The shoes were a little more expensive than the ones I bought, and were a very acceptable style.

I agreed to the replacement and one week later, I had a new pair of shoes delivered to my home. I couldn't be happier with their service!

One superb outcome for me, and one lifelong customer for Florsheim!

I used to wear Florsheim shoes too, then one day the heels of a brand new pair (never even wore once) disintegrated. It was at a funeral service.

I've never been so embarrassed in my life. You can tell Florsheim to stuff their shoes in their (something I don't want to say).
