I submitted request to opt out many, many times and they refused. I went public and they still refused.
They do not seem to care about personal requests. They only ignore you.

I am TRYING to talk to a live person as I'm having a problem that is NOT covered under that answer menu. HOW IN THE HECK DO I DO THAT?!!!!!!!! SOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Remove my personal information
I am contacting my attorney today. An internet stalker used my data on your website for a likely criminal purpose. Remove my address and phone number off your public site.

Posting personal information and claiming it is public information. Although the state of florida does not post it publicly, it is available for shady individuals to sell your information to brokers to make profits posting it publicly.
This should be illegal and the state of florida should stop this practice. The site claims to opt/out anyone that submits through there protocol, but they do not remove your information. Even if you go through all the avenues, whois,ext. Security,identity, theft, privacy,scams,ext does not matter to these people.
These individuals should have charges pressed against them and be put in prison. Some do not even operate in the USA and have access to Americans sensitive information.

FCRA Violator and Leaked Private Info
Floridaresidentdirectory.com posts personal information and defiantly claims that their info is always correct, that the State of Florida is the one that has incorrect info about you and are the one's to blame. At least the State doesn't post your info everywhere.Their website lists absolutely no contact information whatsoever, go figure!
I found two sites, though, that show where those creeps are located. https://floridaresidentdirectory.com.cutestat.com/ http://newly.domains/2017****-all?page=256 The site claims is does not NEED to take down information about you and does not offer any way to opt out. It operates as a rogue site and uses hacked information from the recent Equifax leak, claiming it is simply voter info from the Elections Board.
SHUT THEM DOWN!!!! Go to the FTC at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1 and the FL Attorney General's Office at http://myfloridalegal.com/Contact.nsf/Contact?OpenForm&Section=Consumer_Protection_Division.
