Need answers on your site and what i am paying for

i am having no luck in changing the forgot password every time you send an email with the link it says the link is invalid I have to change the password and the managers name who is no longer employed here.

We are dealing with a rental through Floridarentals.com and in the past have been scammed through other rental companies and I just want to know if this listing is legitimate?
The property number is 21813 in Fort Myers Florida. Can someone PLEASE confirm or deny this property for me PLEASE!!!???

- - Listings claim someone didn't respond; blocks contact.
- - $500 deposits not returned after 20 months.
In contacting FR by email - I've requested / contacted owners on 6 to 8 listing. NO RESPONSE , bubkiss, nada, zip - Then these clowns send me more listings saying" We see Suzy ( whoever) didn't get back to you - so here's some more - then if you look for a number to speak with somebody - they roadblock ever contact with a form - total BS
Further, in touching base with the Fla, Better Business Bureau - they note to be cautious - as they only post positive reviews -
I did find several unhappy campers that had their $500 security deposit failed to be return 20 months later

I never gave permission for this charge. And it's absurd you don't have a customer service number.
Please give me a refund for this charge, or I will be filing a fraud complaint with my bank as well as a complaint with the BBB. Thanks.
