Leaking solar panels. No service to fix after two months of requests

Solar started leaking in late March, called and was given appt for Monday April( written on my daybook). I called and was given the usual speil of no techs, they were trying to hire more.

I believe a technician came in April. I was home but never knew he was there. Name was Ryan who left a note saying there were too many hole to plug and he had to come back. When I called about this, I was told he no longer worked at the company.

The person at the desk said she would try to get someone else out there. I call every week and am given the same story that they will try to get out and will call of course before they come. I have turned off my solar pump because it was dumping water onto my deck causing mildew. I also have a leak at the top of the pump which may be why the display is just wavy lines.

They made an appt last Monday for this past Friday but when I called I was told again they could get no one here. I live in Port St Lucie, I realize it is an hour down here, but I expect service. I have been told now that at the end of May they can send some one down to look at my system and hopefully fix it. This is being done because they now have another customer in this area with a problem.

It has been TWO months since I first called. Please, this is not good customer service

Installed in April 2016, as of June 14 we have had nothing but problems with HOT water. FES has been here 5 different times, still not working properly. The people to fix the problem said it was an electrical problem. I asked the young man if he was a certified electrician, he said yes! I asked him to fix the problem, he said we would have to call an electrian.

My wife has been unable to have HOT water to wash clothes and Hot water for the dish washer and for showers.

Our house consist of three adults and two children and two dogs, HOT water is important to us for cleanliness and sanitation.

Our water bill has gone from from $ 80.00 to $ 130.00 almost twice the usual amount, not including the sewage bill.

On test run 6/14/16 (the day they came to fix the problem) water ran full

On for two minutes results 89.6 degrees, four minutes, 104.7 degrees, just above body temp!

Getting Attorney! Ruined Holiday!

4 months old hot water heater new install, They been out twice since Nov 7 2015. We have had 3 days of hot water as of Nov 28.

First time they came out they said turn valve and possible motor, waited 6 days for the parts.No hot water. Second time they came out to install parts, They came out right before thanksgiving and on thanksgiving Absolutely no hot water and my out of town guest had to get hotels. Called day after Thanksgiving to show there Family's respect and no call backs left 3 messages.

Third visit will be last, if its not fixed I will call my attorney for full refund.

Company's are liable for the product and the work they do.

$5500 for 3 days of hot water! Not for this consumer.

Company is the worst

Sold me a pool system and the installers installed improperly. First it wasn't installed when they promised then when it was they rushed the job.

I have thousands of dollars in damage to my roof, ceilings and walls. I still have water leaking in. They wont fix it. They sent someone named Will and he didn't know what he was doing and was very rude.

The office never answers the phone and won't return calls.

I have managed to get the owners # 321-258-**** if anyone needs it but he doesn't care. All he cares about is lining his pockets.
