Rich Randazzo made an appointment and never showed or called
I made an appointment with Rich Randazzo of Florida Shadowmakers for 2/20/25 at 10:30. He never showed up or called to cancel.
I called him at 11:00, and he was not coming. He said he. Was doing something and would call me back in a few minutes. Never called back at all.
When I attempted to call him again, he would not answer my calls.
If you try to get an estimate with him, don't bother. Very unreliable and does not do what he said he would do.
