Mr. Schmitt & Mr.

Valdez have pending lawsuits filed against them. Mr. Schmitt has breached his employment contract with Florida Injury Law Firm and has taken clients files that would be beneficial well as his partner Mr. Valdez.

I was advised by Mr. Schmitt to call the Florida Bar Ethics hotline and complain about Florida Injury Law Firm due to Mr. SCHMITT claiming not have client file which wasn't correct information. Mr.

Schmitt has also had 2 other incidents with previous lawyers when leaving the firm while bringing clients files along with him during departure. At the time of Mr. Schmitt and Valdez representing me I had no idea about how serious this lawsuit against them was and was on Mr. Schmitt's side unfortunately I was told the correct information and was misled.

Lawyer breached contract with client. (Myself) I am absolutely frustrated and feel like I was taken for granted and feel I've been manipulated. Schmitts and Mr. Valdez office) was court ordered to have all settlements to be signed in partnership with FILF anything that was sent to Insurance and the settlement check was to be also signed off by FILF as well as ANY attorney fees to be left in the trust account, not only did Mr. Schmitt breach contrant with client (Maybe with more than 1 client) but has continued to ignore the court orders signed off by the judge.
