Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a Customer Service representative. Because I have "no purchase history" with the Florida Panthers the club WILL NOT sell a season ticket package to me without my coming in for a tour of the arena.
As a multiyear season ticket holder with other NHL organizations I fail to see what makes Panthers seats any different that any other arena in the league.
When I told the representative I refused to tour the arena before GIVING YOU MY MONEY his response was "Ok, no worries" ...
Fantastic customer service. It truly shows how much the organization cares about its fans.
