No automatic transfer to the CE broker

It was a nightmare for the first time ever after using this site for years because I am a procrastinator? They did not transfer my CEUs to the CE broker. It was a nightmare trying to enter my Georgia CEUs was terrible. Florida was long and time-consuming and tedious too. Absolutely do not use this site they no longer automatically transfer your credits!

I paid for courses to be sent same day to BON. The following day all 26 credits were sent dated 2/1/2021. This rendered them useless for current license. Hours spent trying to call- they tell you go online to chat. Half the time the site was down. No one ever responds to chat but its marked submit. No response in 24 hours. The certificate looks like something a child makes and is undated. I will have to re do everything and pay a different service. No responsibility or professionalism or contact

I've tried to reach their website and they do not provide a website. It's very frustrating. And if you call them, they refer you to their website which is non-existent. I feel like I was ripped off.

Fraudulent Company offering Nursing CEUs

Found online, signed up, paid. Did my CEUs, waited 48 hours for their 'INSTANT CEBROKER' reporting...

never showed up.

One week later, I finally was able to tag with an online rep. She said there are issues reporting. NO *** She gave me an email contact - no response. Called the two registered phone numbers - can't leave a message, never answers the phone.

The phone number on CC for dispute - goes to Paypal... seriously!!!

Total fraud. Went to CE Broker on Sunday.

Paid for the nursing package, did my CEUs, and voila... report instantly showed up, was able to pay the renewal for my license through the BON.

Disappearing courses

I started taking a 3 hour CEU for Asthma and in the middle of it the entire course disappeared, and when went back in: no longer in the offer library. Not acceptable, as I was in the middle of the course. The original course I wanted to take about childhood Asthma is no longer in their library either. Very limited courses offered. On the positive aspect, it is cheap and they report to the CE broker right away. Overall I'm not happy with my course disappearing, after studying it for an hour. Last time I used them, they were great, but not this time. I might spend 13$ more and go with a different company the next time. No chat line support on Sundays.

I took a course on Sepsis for CEUs, I completed the quiz but the system would not grade it. I then went to chat and spoke with someone there. I was told I should have used Google Chrome. I told her that I did use Google Chrome. She said that I should take the quiz over the next day. The next day I reread the material and also retook the test and the system told me that if could not grade my quiz or give me a percentage grade AGAIN. I got on Chat again and was told that I should take the quiz again the following day. I told the Chat person that we needed to do something different because I already DID THAT. The Chat person then told me that she would have to speak to her supervisor and would get back to me. I told her that I wanted a credit for the money I spent on the course. I told her that I did NOT care about the CEU's just give me my money back. I am waiting.

I signed up yesterday. I forgot to add the coupon code for the gift card so immediately used the online chat. Explained & the agent disconnected me. Then declined the next attempt. Someone then did accept, asked me to message back the next day. Odd. Then I did a test, seemed overly simple, got a badly misspelled email back to say my licence number was wrong (it wasn't) and it would now take 90 days to post manually. They provided a link that led to a "Page shut down" screen. No I am sure its a scam. I called my card company to see if I could stop the transaction which was still pending. He called the customer service number & stayed on the call. Some guy who was very annoyed as it was his personal cell and he was asleep answer, kept me waiting, was rude, then eventually hung up on the call. The card rep was shocked and cancelled my card, put a fraud alert on my account and covered the cost of the purchase and are investigating. That's plenty of red flags for me. Might not be a scam per se, but its certainly a *** company.

The courses are pretty good but you can’t even call the customer service number to resolve an issue they say I have so now!!!!!!!! what am I suppose to do really no help with this online course wow!!!!! DEFINITELY NOT RENEWING WITH THEM!!!!

After reading all of the reviews I called the number listed for this company. The phone number listed is not in service. Looks like this company comes and goes... I'm not going to toss money and time out of the window. There are too many other choices out there, but I did want to share that they are no longer answering at the listed phone number. Buyer beware, and lets face it, who has the time to spend on this CEU stuff twice!? They are wanting 100 words or more here so... Have a great life, don't work your life away, Cath Labs are not created equal, love your fellow staff and watch-out for administration, blah, blah, blah... one hundred words completed, done.

There ARE issues with this company

Tried by email, live chat and telephone asking who provides accreditation for their CEU's in FL and in PA. For example, is it the FL BON itself or AACN, etc.? They had no clue what I was asking! All other companies that I've taken courses with list the accrediting bodies on the course completion certificate as well as list both RN license numbers (or allow you to print separate certificates for each state). This company just notes it's Florida approved and lists a CE Broker number on the course completion certificate. Yes, all went well with my FL license BUT I can not resolve the PA issue. Unless this can be resolved, I will have to take all the CEU's again and pay another company. Exhausting!

It's 2017. FloridanursingCEU.com is the best CE site and the least expensive. I read the reviews on here and almost didn't sign up. I'm glad I did. The courses are easy to read, then you take a short quiz afterwards. I downloaded my certificates immediately after the quiz and, the best part of it all, the 2 courses I did at 0200 & 0430 were posted in CE Broker within 15 minutes. Ignore the old reviews on here.
