Refuse to refund me my money
This is the absolute worst business ever ( Florida Mattress and Furniture). The whole world in a crisis right now.
I explained the the owner and his mother Jackie I was let go from my job without pay and the apartments I'm was supposed to be moving in on Friday has just told me they are not open until further notice. Jackie only asked me for $20 to hold the mattress on Sunday 3/15//20 but because I thought I was moving on Friday I paid for it in full. Now I'm being told I can not have my money back and my phone number has been blocked so now I can't call. If you are even thinking about buying from here run!!!!!
Then after being given the run around and blocked
So I just received a texted back from Florida mattress and furniture.
So now I get a response.
Planned on selling your mattress that we have on hold for you and returning your money,but since you decided to bash us on social media you are only getting a store credit. Your store credit is 260.00...
