Flores and foley roofing
This company installed a metal roof on my then new oceanfront home on Topsail Island. After two years it began to rust. They first refused to admit that they put the roof on. Then my builder came up with the receipt. They sent someone out to look at it, said they would consult with their engineers. They said my builder had them put the wrong roof on for an oceanfront home. What reputable roofing company would put on a roof that is not suitable for the location? They strung me along for several months until the statute of limitations for suing contractors ran out which they knew and I didn't, as I live in another state. When I got another roofer to look at it and try to fix it they said they would pay. Then when I gave them the bill they wanted me to sign something that said they had no more liability. They would say they'd get back to me and never show up or return my e mails and calls. Do not do business with this unethical company. Very dissatisfied and mad at myself for not knowing the laws.
