I ordered jewellery items 15 days ago which still haven't even been dispatched even though they state a 24 hour dispatch time and satisfaction guaranteed, I have written to them several times now asking for a refund but so far with no response.. It's hard to understand when you know they used to be a reputable company..
I already know I'm in for a lengthy battle with them to get my money refunded..
hopefully Paypal will help with my claim but I won't be holding my breath!! It should never be this way, customers should be allowed an immediate full refund when items haven't yet been dispatched!
