Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They send me small cake of flavour(which I wanted) & wrote on it "SORRY"..

I ordered mango flavoured cake but when we got the cake & we cut dat the taste was not like mango after dat I informed the shop by calling they ask me to bring t sample cake to taste ur cake shop...1 woman tasted & she directly refuse my concern & arguing with me ..so I m not happy bcoz I ordered cake from flora bella shop lakeshore greens palava city phase 2....

WORST FLORIST IN LOS ANGELES

I do not know if it is because I placed this order out-of-state, and this florist thought I would not know what was delivered to the recipient.

I ordered the Christmas Treasure bouquet -

Basic bouquet with Carnations ($32.95),

the DELUXE ($39.95) Roses instead of Carnations,

PREMIUM ($49.95), also has Roses instead of the Carnations.

I placed an order for the PREMIUM priced bouquet (with roses), received a confirmation email that the total with delivery fee and tax = $64.32.

What was delivered was the basic bouquet with all Carnations and NO Roses. After receiving a picture of the delivered flowers from the recipient, I called Florabella and she was argumentative, said she would only charge $40, still too much for carnations.

Have dispute of charge on credit card. We feel this was a fraudulent transaction.
