My order hasn't arrived for our Anniversary
- Flowers didn't arrive on the anniversary and no one answered.
- No way to contact the company after purchase and money was lost.
No one answered the call. My wife never received her flowers on our anniversary.
I lost my money and there's literally no way to communicate after purchasing. I tried phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat... Nothing.
Thanks for taking my money and leaving us both in a bad mood on our anniversary. This is a first and last with this company and I really hope this scam gets shut down!

- The phone number appears to be incorrect.
- Two orders were to be delivered yesterday at the same Krasnodar address, for Alexandra and Tanya.
Obviously the phone number was a lie and I have 2 orders that were supposed to be delivered yesterday at the same address in Krasnodar Russia. One order to Alexandra and the smaller order to Tanya the daughter. So when are they to be delivered or do I need to take another route
