Flooring Concern

At this point, the franchise has agreed to take up the entire floor and repair at no cost to me.

Hello, I had flooring installed and and then a gapping issue. An independent Inspection was made from AHF and resulted in the determination that it was an installation problem. The franchisee sent me an email denying the claim and explaining that the floor was installed according to industry standards. There are more details, but I prefer a contact response before proceeding.

Chris Needham the franchise owner in Hillsborough NJ took our deposit money and disappeared. He doesnt answer his phone or return emails. The neighboring business he shares space with said he hasnt been there in weeks. The corporate office is not doing anything but said they have gotten numerous complaints about him. This is theft and fraud! I will be going to the police.
