At this point, the franchise has agreed to take up the entire floor and repair at no cost to me.
Hello,
I had flooring installed and and then a gapping issue.
An independent Inspection was made from AHF and resulted in the determination that
it was an installation problem. The franchisee sent me an email denying the claim and explaining that the floor was installed according to industry standards.
There are more details, but I prefer a contact response before proceeding.

They ghosted me after 6 months of leading me on with lies and half truths
Review: Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE. They were supposed to bring the new Vinyl planks over to my home so the materials would climatize for 24-48 hours.
That did not happen. They simply showed up and started to work - $14,000 (for a $9000 job to install faux hardwood flooring). Mark (the experienced foreman-The resident IDIOT) has probably never installed a floor before. He has a fast mouth but poor results.
There are still several (approx. 44) planks that rise above the floor. I have since found out that they got a "close out deal on the materials". The reason-They are defective and no longer used.
Of course, Carol and Emilia made sure to keep that piece of information from me. Fast forward 1 year.... The kitchen floor is coming up and it is easy to get a chair leg caught in the holes in the floor that almost caused injuries to myself and several friends. I called their office.
Emilia (the owner) and Carol came over to solve my list of complaints (16). Both are pathological liars. Carol went over all my list of problems and basically implied that EVERYTHING was my fault. Her idiot forman (Mark) did not even read the instructions that come with EVERY box of planks.
But, Carol has the fastest excuses(lies) I have ever encountered in my entire life. I have worked with her for over 6 months now and she still has the same stupid excuses (lies). Their salesman (Luke Kenton) promised me he would fix the doorway to the guest bath. Well, on the last day, it was explained to me that they do not do wood or paint.
Huh?? That was the reason I selected this group of *** Mark removed the master bedroom door the shave it off. He did that and then, he had to force it back in the frame. The door cleared the floor perfectly, However, it had a 2 inch gap at the top of the door jamb.
He forced it in place and destroyed the jamb. I have to pay $1280 to just get that fixed so the a new door will close properly. My list of problems continues unrepaired. I am forced to follow the litigation path.
I am going to do my best to bankrupt them. Emilia is multilingual. However, it is interesting that her English gets worse when she is asked difficult questions. When selling though, she English is as good as any native.
If you choose these people to do ANY work for you, please keep in mind that Mark and the crew will wreck your home and leave you with the fix. There will be NO fix for all the things they wreck. It is also worthy of note that Mark is "dating" (sleeping with Emilia-Conflict of interest). They sort of left that part out.
When the job was done, Mark was trying to continue selling my wife on why it is not their responsibility to fix the guest bath even though the salesman PROMISED me he would. He did this by dragging my wife in the back of the house to keep badgering her. Well, I got totally fed up with his overbearing manner. I had to literally Throw him out.
He was soundly pissed off. It wasn't until a few minutes later that I found out he was sleeping with his boss. Now, all the negative interaction makes sense. It is a pretty good bet that they won't be around in less than a year.
Won't let them get your money!! Please avoid this company of incompetents. I strongly suggest that you use R.C. Willey or ANY other reputable business.
Because they are a franchise, they have one more middle man digging into your pocket. It causes them to charge way, way too much for *** materials and a crew that if they worked hard on it, they could rise to the level of inferior, lousy, low-grade, second-rate installers.

Chris Needham the franchise owner in Hillsborough NJ took our deposit money and disappeared. He doesnt answer his phone or return emails.
The neighboring business he shares space with said he hasnt been there in weeks. The corporate office is not doing anything but said they have gotten numerous complaints about him.
This is theft and fraud! I will be going to the police.
