Not honoring warranty

2015 Ford, no power. Just under warranty. After having vehicle for 4 weeks..said was good to go! start to drive it home and hear a loud thump. Turned around immediately drove back, They said brakes were bad..450.00 later and 1 more week. they said car was test driven and good to go. Picked it up, woman and child and lost power on highway. took it back and have it more than another week . Not going to honor warranty. They want oil change receipts which were done my car owner. The loser in this situation ia a nonverbal autistic child who cannot get to therapies. Shame on you Flood ford!

Flood Ford Of East Greenwich - Customer Care Review

Flood Ford Of East Greenwich - Customer Care Review
I just had my 2015 Ford Explorer serviced at ford flood they didn't suggest a tire rotation or any other services i got a email for the service department about the Ford experience and I was disappointed I gave them a 3 on both and explain how I might change brands and I done it with Toyota/ Hyundai some I choose to go American and it's gotten worst for the simple fact they have insulted my wifes intelligence and mines when I send vehicles health report and at 15000 miles oil change and tires rotation the oil change has been done but no tire rotation in not with the back and front no sense they should take the initiative to check when the vehicle was purchased and all service records I'm really disapoint even when my wife was contacted about the tire rotation it should have been done the first time so the customer can experience the flood ford way this might be my last time dealing with flood

Warning over Leasing a Vehicle

Warning to anyone who is looking into Leasing a vehicle at Flood Ford... Lease vehicles can be traded in to any kind of dealership if you need to trade it in... However; if the vehicle is leased from Flood Ford, they will not release it to another dealership unless you pay additional monies to them... I can provide proof that this is their business practice and is the only dealership I know that holds a Lease customer hostage to paying out more money than is necessary... Flood Ford is trying to make money on previous customers for a transaction they are not involved in... this practice is Wrong
