I have not heard one word from Flodesk and they do not have a good way to call and actually speak with someone. Really frustrating!

Flodesk's Customer Service "experience" is beyond woeful. Repeated emails sent to their Technical Support are either replied to with a "we have received your query" and / or merely ignored.

Very poor Customer Service "experience", which could be resolved with a "Hotline" for clients to call to help have their issues(s) resolved.

My Business name is Spa-a-Peel. I purchased a subscription for a year with more than what I need it.

I only needed flow desk for email only.

There was an email sent from the Jalynn Jones, of black pretty and paid, regarding a refund for the upgraded subscription and replacing it with just an email, However no one ever responded back to me. This looks like a simple fix if someone can just make those changes to my subscription.
