Charge
Ive tried to complain about charging my card without any notice. I cancelled the subscription because we didnt use it for over 6 months. No compensation was received and no one to speak to

I have not heard one word from Flodesk and they do not have a good way to call and actually speak with someone. Really frustrating!

Verified ReviewerFlodesk's Customer Service "experience" is beyond woeful. Repeated emails sent to their Technical Support are either replied to with a "we have received your query" and / or merely ignored.
Very poor Customer Service "experience", which could be resolved with a "Hotline" for clients to call to help have their issues(s) resolved.

Good evening,
My Business name is Spa-a-Peel. I purchased a subscription for a year with more than what I need it.
I only needed flow desk for email only.
There was an email sent from the Jalynn Jones, of black pretty and paid, regarding a refund for the upgraded subscription and replacing it with just an email, However no one ever responded back to me. This looks like a simple fix if someone can just make those changes to my subscription.
Preferred solution: Price reduction
