Get me off their email list
I have emailed and chatted with FN several times to get me off their email list - They said they would but either they can't or wont take me off their list. What's the problem with this company, disguised as a Christian company, but their way of doing business is NOT Christian at all.

Customer Support Issues

There isn't a customer support phone number. A person has to send a text to FLOCKNOTE, then, they reply with a date and time they will call. Some answers cannot wait for several days to speak to a live person.
