My Google play refund has never been sent to my bank since 10th july
I made an accidental purchase on 9th July and made a refund that day which was approved on 19th July. I should have received my money by now but I just contacted the bank and you guys did not refund my money to the payment method.
Please refund my money, I was not even using your app so I don't understand why you're not refunding my money back to the bank. My transaction id was GPA.3332-15**-**56-1****

They keep trying to take money from my account
I canceled my subscription and they keep trying to take money from my account that is fraud and then I can't manage my account for real it's a run around. Stop trying to take my money I don't want your service
Preferred solution: Cancel my subscription and stop trying to take money from my account before they do and cause me issues. I made all measurements to avoid them touching my funds I canceled two months ago but they still touching my account please stop.

Going threw my return right now. It was actually just to expensive of a purchase for me right now.
But communication was good and it's nothing about their product. I didn't even try it out. I caught my mail man when they were arriving and was ale to just refuse the package.

Return process is happening right now. I was partially refunded already..
I caught the mail man so I was able to refuse the package right away.

Money got deducted on free trial
Money deducted 48.63 USD (3600INR) for free trial and cancelled subs

I had taken a Free Trial for Flo app which was to end on 9th/ 10th January 2022
I cancelled this subscription on 3rd January 2022
Even then money was deducted from the card saved in the account
Amount 3600INR (48.63 USD)
