Numerous emails back and forth. Never resolved to my satisfaction. My advice is to stay clear of this company and do not do business with them.

I accidentally ordered four TV streaming sticks and tried to cancel within 15 minutes of placing the order. Took that long to find their email and type it up.

I wanted it in writing rather than a phone call so I'd have proof. I was told that they usually shipped within an hour and couldn't stop the order. FIVE DAYS later I get an email telling me it had shipped. oh, and they had added extended Warranty as an apology, but included the cost in my total.

I went back and forth, telling them that I was going to just refuse the delivery, but they said that would void their return policy. After negotiation, they offered a 70% discount and I could keep the sticks. I tried all four and NONE OF THEM WORKED!! I contacted them again and all they said was they would let their tech support know about it.

Probably receive emails from 10 different people even though I always responded on the same thread. Horrible experience.
