Resolved: Scammer and a Ripoff
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They apologized in an email for a system failure on their end preventing download of software.
Had told me I would get a full refund plus ability to still download.
Download never became available. I got the refund.

Just purchased Office 2021 a couple of days ago. When I tried to use it for the first time, I got the following message: 'We're sorry, something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now.
Please try again later (OxC004C060). I received this same message a day ago and waited until today to try again. I got the same message today.

I just purchased Microsoft 2021 Professional Plus. I read that I need to uninstall the old Microsoft Office and then reinstall the new software.
I have no idea how to do this. I don't seem to have a way of getting the product key.
