Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They apologized in an email for a system failure on their end preventing download of software.
Had told me I would get a full refund plus ability to still download.
Download never became available. I got the refund.
Wish there was a negative rating on this company of 100. Extremely unreliable company that is out to scam customers.
Pay them money, then they run, desert you by not responding to questions from the customer. Of course, access to the requested software is never provided even though their website says once you pay then you have access to the software download within '15 to 30 minutes.' Nope, that did not happen with me.

NOPE That did not happen with me. I fully recommend as stating in the movie "Run, Forest, Run" as fast as you can from this company.
