Unsatisfied from Flixbus maintenance

On October 4th I maid an order for traveling from Budapest to Vienna. I paid in advance for specific seat, unfortunately was disappointing. The seat back wasn't flexible and stuck on static. In addition the USP was broken. I asked for solution but the driver's helper say he has nothing to do.

Uncomfortable and non maintained seat

I ordered and paid in advance a seat with Flixbus from Budapest to Vienna . The price was higher than a regular seat due to choosing a specific one. Unfortunatelly, the seat back angle was stuck, and the USP was broken. Called the driver helper and no help was got.

User's recommendation: No payment in advance.

Sehr langes Warten an der italienischen Grenze

Ich fahre oft mit dem Flixbus von Basel nach Milano + zurück. Die Hinfahrten nach Milano mache ich jeweils frühmorgens um 04.00 h die gehen immer sehr gut. Die Rückfahrten mache ich jeweiks abends um 16.30 h damit ich vor Mitternacht in Basel ankomme. Jedes x müssen wir an der Grenze sehr lange warten, weil irgendein Fahrgast keinen gültigen Pass oder Reisedokument hat!, Könntet Ihr es nicht so einrichten, dass man BEVOR man 1 Ticket kauft, 1 gültige ID, Pass oder Reisedokument euch senden muss? Das würde sehr viel Ärger ersparen

Horrible service

This company is horrible!!!! They left me stranded in the dc drop off And refused to give me my money back. The driver never came to take us from DC to Atlanta Georgia, and I had several out-of-pocket expenses that they refuse to acknowledge. I will never again use this company and you should never either. They were also a little children they are going back to school, and the family had to reschedule the whole trip. Never use this company

Unable to get reimbursed for unused reservation

i had to figure out how to cancel on their website is not user friendly. I did not know how they do not have the customer service number listed anywhere. I tried to send them a message took forever because their website is like a loop hole. I finally found their # on here to call them was on hold for 20 min for them to tell me oh well too late.

Luggage was stolen off the bus

My bag was place in the under carriage of the bus we made 2 Stops and the last stop was Los Angeles.. I placed my luggage in the compartment in Las Vegas. When I told the driver my luggage wasnt there he said was I sure I didnt put it on the bush. He told md to check and I know I didnt but I proceeded to check on the bus but the other driver would not let me on the bus I said my luggage was taken and he said he didnt take it and the other driver said call customer service and they drove off

To get my booking number and ticket for 31 August leaving Manchester to London

I have booked yo go to Manchester shudehill 30th August. I have received those tickets but my second booking to come back from Manchester Station back to Marble arch on 31st August 2021.. leaving Manchester 6.10 to get back for 10 something has not been received.. all though bank has told me that payment of about £27 something has gone through to them.

My luggage was taken

When I got off the bus at my stop downtown Los Angeles from Vegas my luggage was not in the under compartment I told the bus driver he looked all in the compartment he instructed me to look on the bus to see if I put it in the over head compartment the other driver would not allow me to come on the bus to check which I know I didnt put it on there. He proceeded to tell me he didnt take my luggage and refused to let me check so the other driver told me to file a complaint with customer service.
