Deceptive practices and FRAUD
Absolutely terrible. Make sure to do the research first.
This program is nothing that a qualified local licensed real estate professional could not help you with and much less of a fee. I had to not only get an attorney to write letters for FRAUD but States Attorney Generals had to be notified and complaints filed. Luckily I was protected with my credit card during a dispute for a refund however this company is scam. BUYER BEWARE I personally would advise running as fast as you can in the other direction because you are working with a group of scam artists.
Once you pay them the money, you will get no support and you will never talk with the head of the company, even when you email them directly because you have no access to them like they claim you do. it is a company who is teaching tax evasion from California and they are open about it in their videos. They claimed in their contract. They are Nevada company however, when you go through with a dispute, they claim they are a Delaware company.
They dont know which end is up. Their attorney is one of the most unethical you would ever work with who discriminates against those in which he perceives to be of Hispanic origin and claims that they should get legal advice because English does not appear to be the first language.
