Poor service after care
I boked second time with this with turkish airplane when hot to istanbul was put on PIA flight should have been turkish then my luggage got lost asked for support afterwards but they just problem to everyone i am disabled so is my son we had no other means of travel so had to go on PIA because they didnt tell us before booking worse after care had to spend extra money to buy stuff while in pskistanwas unable to enjoy holiday all of trip was ruined disgrace

Flight ticket or refund
Couldnt travel due to not well, Ive cancelled the tickets theyve told me you will receive a refund or have a open ticket, phoned them several times to rebook tickets my open ticket or a refund they just leading me on. Will call you back.
The manager is not here we have to contact flight Company Ive been chasing them for two months no response so I rebooked new tickets with the new provider, I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and fight this case on, they just misguided me, so I dont get my refund back, trap me in another box so I dont get my open ticket so I lose all of it £1400, its very hard to speak to them to solve an issue.
I have to keep chasing them. I have a lot to say, but I will leave it as short for time being

Resolved: Not giving me refund of 8000
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I told them it’s not my fault if don’t give me full refund I will go all the way with my lawyers but the manager understood my issue and refunded my full money
Try to book flights with them. They could not give me the flights I wanted, but offered me flights that I didn't want to travel on, so I asked for my refund.
The total ticket prize was eight thousand for ten passengers. Now they're telling me they're going to charge me 250 pounds for each ticket.
That's 2500 pounds out of 8000. I'm going to take them to court and fight the case until I get my full refund.

Failed to book flights despite receiving full payment quoted over the phone. Later quoted over £1k additional to book new flights. Refused to refund payment received, advising that most of it was used as a deposit to reserve original flights.

Not received my cancelled flight refund in over a year!!!
I have been messed around for over a year chasing my refund for a cancelled flight!
The admin department fail to respond to my emails, i was confirmed a refund of £300+ a year ago. Since then all i get told when i call is that the refund has not yet been received from the airline!
Absolute shambles, disgusted with the behaviour and customer service of flightsmart!! I will fight on until i get my refund.

What a pathetic, unreliable, unreasonable and dishonest company
BE AWARE!!!
They will ring you, lie to you, they tell you that there are only a few seats left on the flight, claiming you won't get this price again because prices are double etc etc. (Lies)
Basically they trap you, they make you buy tickets. They stay on the phone and guide you up until you pay for the ticket. They do not give you time to think or read the email and policy.
Furthermore, they act sweet whilst you're on the phone. They are patient & wait until you have sent a non-refundable faster payment. This is an instant payment. (Bank transfer)
Then they, YES THEY cancel the flight & don't refund.
DO NOT SEND A BANK TRANSFER. THE PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO YOU.
They will blame the airline and tell you that they will contact them and ring you back the next day. They go on and on and on !! Excuse after excuse !!
Useless, pathetic company, making money off other people's flight changes & cancellation fees,
The fees they charge are horrendous!!

BUY DIRECTLY FROM AIRLINES
It's safer, The first changes are free.
Cancelled flights are refunded.
Read their charges for yourself lol

Had a Great Experience with this Company, Sales Agent was really helpful and got my Family tickets on the same call.
Called this company to offer me the best price for my family tickets, And they did helped me out with the cheapest fare and sent me tickets without any payments done to them Just for my satisfaction and later I paid to them after confirming my tickets from the Airline.

Tomorrow 9th February is my flight TK 1964 from gate wick to Lahore airport I cannot travel due to my poor health, I don't know how long to stay in UK for my health treatment I don't know where do I contacted to Turkish airlines customer service and they said you got through agent if they requested us we will refund when I spoke to agent flight smart Ltd they said if customer service email us to confirm that your ticket is refunded please resolve my issue many thanks

Flightsmart wasn’t giveing me refund of 8 thousand but since two days I been speaking to one of they manager called farhn and he has promised me I will get my full money back he is been so understanding of all this issue and he has gone out of his way to help me get the full amount of 8 thousand back god bless him for helping me
