Tomorrow 9th February is my flight TK 1964 from gate wick to Lahore airport I cannot travel due to my poor health, I don't know how long to stay in UK for my health treatment I don't know where do I contacted to Turkish airlines customer service and they said you got through agent if they requested us we will refund when I spoke to agent flight smart Ltd they said if customer service email us to confirm that your ticket is refunded please resolve my issue many thanks Afsheen Qayyum
