Flight delayed when checking in: flight cancelled when got to gate: only one person trying to help us unfortunate fools: line had 20 people waiting to hear “what happens now”. They do not work with any other airline to help you get to your destination.
Next available flight to reach our destination was 3 days later.
Luggage had to be picked up..rebook another airline and go through security AGAIN. Not good for elderly or those with medical issues. NO MORE SPIRIT FOR US OR OUR FAMILIES
Allegiant Air - Won’t reimburse for damage to wheelchair

I just wanted to share my experience. Last week I flew to Orlando, Florida from Nashville, Tennessee on Allegiant Airlines. The flight that I took damaged my wheelchair and was delayed 3 hours.
I needed to drive another hour from Orlando to Palm Coast, Florida for an appointment. I contacted Allegiant and they said they wouldn’t pay for the damage because I didn’t report it within 4 hours.
I wrote them saying it is unacceptable that Allegiant will not reimburse me for the damage they caused my wheelchair. I would suggest no one fly Allegiant unless they enjoy this kind of treatment.

They are terrible. Booked a flight to manila and they called after a day telling me the seats are not included in the price, and I need to pay $85 for three seats.
Total price i paid was $1914 through exploretrip and checked PAL website $1942. I should’ve booked my flight with PAL for less problem and stress.

they could care less. Probaly 100 people on flight affected.

My connecting flight from LAS to LAX was delayed so much the car rental place was closed when we landed. We lost our deposit and had to pay significantly more for a last minute late night rental car.
Maria laguillas was the supervisor i spoke to. She was rude, unprofessional, a d sarcastic. She laughed at me for crying and offered no help.
Not even sympathy or understanding. I'm upset about the $200 i lost but i wish Maria laguillas be fired more than me getting compensated

My grandkids and I have flown between Des Moines/Omaha and Denver monthly for the last 8 months. Of those 16 flights, we have only depart on time 4 times.
We have been delayed for hours several times. We have had mechanical problems twice. Today, we were on the plane and had to disembark with no idea when we will leave. This airlines is ridiculous.
They have zero cusomer service either on the phone, in the airport or on the plane.
They treat you like it's your fault that you fly Frontier. They take zero responsibility for anything.

We came home from Cancun Saturday, 7-20-19. We flew into Ohare, UA1667 then sat in the plane for an hour, then moved to buses to sit for another 45 minutes, then into immigration/customs for another 2 hours. We didn't even have time in your schedule to get our bags...
