Scammers STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES WITH A LONG LONG HISTORY OF DEFRAUDING CUSTOMERS
I then contacted Federal Express and decided to ship my luggage. I work for the company! Now I'm told because I yelled at the man who was lying to me about why he can't issue the tickets now if I don't need to take luggage.
He also gave me a string of accusations of theft and wire fraud which now turn out to be true, which is why I have reported this incident to the Houston Attorney General's Office (and the office in Orlando, FL) as well. The FBI office in Houston has been sent the entire transaction and all proof of fraud.

Preferred solution: I want the tickets I booked at the price I booked AND NOT TO BE TOLD IT WAS A PROMOTION AND BECAUSE I CUSSED OUT A EMPLOYEE WHO WAS LYING TO ME ABOUT THE LUGGAGE AND THE TICKET SALE

Booked a flight as a great deal only to find out they never booked or gave me a confirmation number. Finally called them back and the tried to sell me a flight 10 times the original cost.
Told me non-refundable - but no way I am paying - I will dispute the charge. STAY AWAY IT'S A SCAM ---> https://fares.flightmover.com/
