Big Scam!
WARNING!!! DONT BUY!!
Attention!
Flighgift is a total disaster and big scamming. The idea is maybe okay-ish but the execution is a maximum catastrophe!! You can only booking the flights on flightgift webseite and in my case, my flight was 323 Euro at one online shop, 328 Euro directly at the airline but 360 Euro at Flightright.
They forcing you to booking an extreme overprised flight. So they winning two times from you.
It is really a maximum insolence (Frechheit)!
When I writing to them, they of course dont want to refunding the money back because you are sitting in there trap with the amount.
I can only urgent advise against it!

Got a Flightgift as a gift card, and it had expired when I tried to redeem it. I had no knowledge of an expiry, the company wouldnt honor it.
Canada laws state no expiry on gift cards, Flightgifts way out of this is to say its a Dutch company and they follow their laws! Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

It is an obvious scam, where they take your money by inflating the prices.
So you receive 100 euros from your grandma, but you are overcharged and end up with about 40 euros of actual value after booking. Thanks flightgift, for taking my nanna's money. AVOID

- - Flight cancellation led to chat contact only, with no phone number.
- - The claim remains unresolved after five days, with no email summary or refund.
The issue here is whether an airline (Swiss) will refund the cost of a flight ticket, having themselves cancelled a flight because of the fire near Heathrow Airport.The Claim has been turned down, which in turn , means the claim on the voucher company cannot be completed because the airline's decision dictates how the voucher company will react. The next stage now is to research how to challenge the decision by Swiss Airlines by using Which? resources.
In the final analysis, the claim remains unresolved and we have no record of the content of the chat despite asking for a summary to be emailed. But the system apparently does not allow for this to happen.
To date (now 5 days later) there has been no response from whoever is assessing the claim in which case we are unsure whether a refund has been approved and actioned.
I am particularly critical of companies like Flightgift that hide behind chat systems and are unwilling to speak directly with their customers. Corporate arrogance at its worst.
