I received an email from you mentioning “CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY REGARDING YOUR BOOKING DUE TO A SCHEDULE CHANGE IN THE ITINERARY IF WE DONT HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN 24HRS THE AIRLINE WILL APPLY A PENALTY” I would like to confirm I am aware of the flight change which is from 2.15am to 2.45am departing from Pudong to Gatwick.
