I made a reservation for a flight ticket, I payed within 10 minutes and the Money was gone from my Account. Then, after 2 days, at my reservation it still says I should pay. As I have not received an e ticket I d like my Money back, already wrote 2 E-Mails to email@example.com but no answer.
How do I get my Money back ? Why I never got a ticket ?

I booked a flight to Stockholm returning from Heathrow and 3 days before take-off Lufthansa sent me notification that my flight did not include check bags. When I booked this flight I was told that it was in Economy.
When I looked at Lufthansa's website, it said that Economy included one checked-bag.
Now they tell me that Flight Hub booked a "Lite" fare which didn't include luggage. I feel cheated and disgusted.

The biggest lie I have heard about Credit Card- No airline ever confirms a reservation/booking without 100% validation of a Credit Card.After 4 days closer to my date of journey the ealier lower fare is not available from anywhere. Thus pretending to give me an on line fare on an on line reservation they effectively blocked my travel. Do not trust them - you will regret.
If occasu=ionallly some o e gets a deal that is only to lay a trap.. Perhaps if you get something as promised it is because of the Reservation System also partially controlled by the airlines. My experience happened between Aug,8 and Aug.11, 2019
