I am Ruchitha Pancherpula and I have booked a ticket from SNA(Orange County, CA) to DFW on Dec -4th. My amount got debited and I didnt recieve any confirmation email form fliggy saying that my flight has been booked.

I booked the flight from you guys and I have the Itinerary number as well but cant even get the confirmation from you. looks like you guys scammed me as i talk with the other airline as well and gave the Itinerary number and the confirmation (PNR)number as well but no name and reservation from you guys

Undelivered Booking
This is with regard to one booking not received from our end under the name of Mr. Lan Lansong (30746****@***.com).
He came to checked in with us in Ibis Styles Dragon Mart Hotel yesterday, 31 August 2021 holding a reference number 207246****57198**** booked under Fliggy Application. On his booking confirmation, he made a reservation for a Standard Room 01 on Room Only Basis from stay period 08-31-21 to 09-01-21, 1 night stay ONLY. The same was confirmed and charged on his card details which he showed to the Front Desk upon arrival. Since the guest has been waiting long time at the lobby, flexibility was extended to the guest and provided a room to check in although there was still no Local Purchase Order (LPO) or Order booking received directly to the hotel.
Regretfully, the amount was not guaranteed yet and guest is unwillingly not paying the second time for the room rate as he claimed that he paid successfully online and he was already deducted from his card until he check out there was no booking received and he doesn't want to pay twic for the unpaid reservation.

Avoid at all cost
When you book with Fliggy, their website makes it look like if they are purchasing directly from the airlines or hotels for you. But no!
They are purchasing from other scalpers. When you have a problem, what happens? Fliggy says it's the fault of the scalper. They will ask you to direct your concern to the scalper.
What will the scalper say?
You purchased with Fliggy, you have to deal with Fliggy.
Seriously Alibaba? Can you stop creating companies that cannot take responsibilities?
