Not compatible with my device
It is not compatible with my device; it's for older Android versions, not updated ones. Need to update this and fix the issue. I won't download this until it gets fixed.

- - Difficulty accessing funds after buying a phone.
- - No call back from FlexWage; only intake staff.
- - Ten days later, I still have no account access.
I have never had any issues or anything except raving reviews to say about this company, but I had to purchase a new phone and it was a complete nightmare to be able to have access to my funds! I never received a call back from an actual FlexWage employee; I was only able to speak to intake personnel. It has been 10 days and I have still not gained access to my account or received a call from FlexWage.
Preferred solution: I want the funds that I am now no longer able to have access to because the "last day for access" has expired to be put into my account

Did not correctly enter my information, no phone contact, poor customer service,
- - They lowered withdrawal allowance without warning after I asked to transpose numbers, and did not respond to emails or calls; no weekend support.
I asked this company to simply transpose numbers in the correct order, and they decrease my withdrawal allowance total without warning!!! I emailed and called several times without an adequate reply or assistance.
Furthermore, I understand they are closed on weekends, but someone should be available, rotate to provide coverage because people have to be able to reach you. Banks have customer service on weekends, why does your company not have it?

- - I haven't received the password reset email after 16 calls, and the problem is still not fixed.
Okay first off I can't sign on to flex wage y'all's saying and I checked my email and y'all sent me a a link to reset my password and he told me that it would be sent to my email haven't got the email yet but it took all 16 calls to get that first email the bottom line is still not fixed the problem
