I'm still waiting to hear from a supervisor. They still will not acknowledge the error they made with my 2 contracts.

As of now if I check my account, both contracts are both paid in full.

They have a new contract that I have not signed and has no contract #. The amount on this contract his more than I owe.

I get one to two calls a day from Flexiti. All they want is to be paid and don't acknowledge the mistake they made on my accounts.

How can I be punished for making payments in advance. Never did they call or informed me that this would affect my 18 months no payments no interest account.

I would give a zero if I could. I had two different contracts with Flexiti.

One for monthly payment and the other, which started almost 18 months later, was for 18 months of no payment and no interest at a cost, of course. My 18 months of no payment & interest was due to start in February 2025, but I'm told it is now two months past due because I had late payments on my previous contract that had been paid off since October 2024. I didn't understand because I didn't think I had any late payments. How it was explained to me is that because some payments were made on the 30th of the previous month (ex: I paid my June bill in June and then paid my July bill on June 30th, they took that as two payments for June and zero payments for July).

Not once was I contacted until a few months ago to say my bill was late. They completely ignored that I had paid for an extended contract for 18 months and never informed me that if I paid too early, they would apply two payments in the same month instead of monthly. They also completely ignored the fact that their billing department mixed up both accounts at one point (they were treating them both as monthly payments), again ignoring that I paid for an 18-month extension. When I called, they said they would fix it, but it could take up to 6 weeks.

They have no shame. It's fine for them to make a mistake, but if I make a payment too early, I'm punished for it. I've always paid through my bank, and sometimes it can take 3-5 business days to process, which is the reason I would send the payment early. Punish me for not wanting to have late charges.

I was told that they would send this to collections and it would affect my credit if I didn't pay as soon as possible. I asked for the money back from the extended payment cost I had to pay at the beginning of the contract and they refused. I will never do business with Flexiti again. The total bill is less than $1,200, which I confirmed I would pay in full on the February due date.

Again they refused.

Well, I refuse to be taken advantage of by them. I cannot believe they have the right to cancel a contract because I sent payments ahead of time.

They did not post me hardcopy documents and my card.

I went Leon's Furniture to buy some furniture in August 2022. Leon's offered me Flexiti Financial options and I accepted it.

It was very helpful. According to the agreement I have to pay my debt in 18 months without any interest. Unfortunately, they did not post any cards documents, or statements. That's why I could not follow the additional fee which is like insurance.

I don't have a desktop or laptop and my cell phone is not eligible to check my e-mail. I was expecting hard copies of documents, statements, and cards. Leon's furniture sold me insurance without any permission. I did not ask them for any insurance.

I also could not follow my debt properly because I did not receive any hardcopy documents from Flexiti Financial. I will pay my debt which is for the furniture but I can not pay the Insurance fee because I did not accept and ask them for any insurance. If Flexiti Financial had mailed me the documents, I would have noticed more quickly that there was extra insurance money. Unfortunately, I learned that I had insurance when I called to pay my debt.

Additionally, my available limit was 3,500 CAD but my debt right now is more than 4K CAD.

How is possible they increase my limit without my permission? I will be loyal for the furniture's fee but I can not pay for the insurance fee which no one informed me and also I never asked for it.

I know my debt for furniture, I know my due date and I am responsible for them.

They sold me Insurance without my knowledge and I am not responsible for it. I expect Flexiti Finance, TransGlobal Insurance, and Leon's Furniture to find a solution for my problem.
