Phone never rang. Was trying to get FlexiSpy on my daughter's phone.
Not much of a chump, so I was willing to pay the extra price to have them do it.
They wouldn't even answer my phone call. The service is horrible.

Renewal Price Promotions and possible adding a second phone
Actually this is for the billing department. The renewal is coming up and you guys are charging about 4 times more than other spyware companies.
Do you have any promotions for the target device I have on my subscription? Im also thinking about adding a second phone in the near future. If you give me a good price for the target device I have now and a second phone later this month Ill consider renewing. I also want a price on the maximum upgrade if its worth it Ill try it.

Update
I bought the premium one and I already installed it and I noticed the call recording doesnt work. How can I exchange for the extreme one???
Fraud
Service didn't work after paying for service. That was at least 3 months ago.
They said I had to pay more to get it working. I didn't authorize auto deduction from my card but they took over 200 dollars for service that doesn't work and hasn't worked.
Now no one is getting back to me. Will need to report as fraud and report to BBB.
User's recommendation: Do not buy. Customer service is very bad.

Disgraceful Service
FlexiSPY is terrible. Their support is non existent and appears to be scamming its customers.
They are not answering calls or replying to email. I suggest you to stay away from this company!
