I was on hold with discovery benefits for 29 minutes this morning. When the rep-Robert answered phone his reply to me being on hold was “it’s Monday” 29 MINS! I lost my discovery card and called for replacement - up to 14 days I need to wait until I receive a new card in the mail

They require receipts that they already have a digital record of. They denied payment several times for nine different bills for PT, prescriptions and medical services from 1/10/ 2019 to 3/30 2019.
While we can upload the receipts and I understand the need for accountability the print out from them details all of the information I see on the receipts already.
All of the receipts are from reputable established providers and did not require receipts under my previous FSA company. It is lousy service that bounce passes work to the consumer thereby turning a benefit into a pain in the butt.

I have Discover Benefit card every time I charge any Rx copayment they pay it then for proof that I paid eligible items. It is really getting bad it now every credit card transaction is challenged by the company.
I never had this problem for the years their codes match at the time of purchase in Walmart pharmacy I was never asked to produce any proof of purchase eligible items. I am so frustrated with the process I think next year when my money in account exhausted I will stop putting money in this account.
It not worth the headache and it has a very small deduction anyway. it is nightmare experice dealing with this company.

It is a constant struggle trying to get Discovery Benefits to pay for medical or dental treatments. I have to provide God knows how much paperwork and documentation from my doctor or dentist to get them to "believe" that what I am paying for WITH MY MONEY is medically (or dental) related.
Why???? What POSSIBLE reason could there be for me to pay, say, a hospital bill? Or a dental bill?
This organization is the WORST. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would.
