I had asked them to remove 2 different debit cards from my account and supposably they did and which they didnt obviously and now charged card 2 times without authorizing payment and the supervisor is very ride with customers and even hung up in me 2 times and was calling me a liar just cuz he saw my van outside which by the way I was in an accident obviously they can see my hit on my side of vehicle very rude and unprofessionalno

Gabriel manager of Flexi Compras on Calton road is the most arrogant manager I’m still waiting for him to return my call since 5 days ago. Today I call n the girl asst manager hanged up the phone on me and stated manager does not want to talk to me. Worst store I hav dealt with.

One or maybe two employees ran my bankcard without my authorization.Im trying to get this issue resolved before I go to the authorities.

Flexi withdrew a payment from my account without my authorization. No where in our contract did it state there that they were allowed to do so without my consent.

Also, the manager was always sending me text messages from his personal phone to my phone which my husband and myself thought this was very unprofessional.

We were out of town on an emergency with borrowed money and because of this unauthorized payment withdrawal, they left us stuck where we were at without a way to return and again having to borrow more money. I have already filed a complaint against them and the person responsible.

Ive been with u guys for like 3 or more years right know iam having trouble with my payment ill be able to paybon saturday but they want to pressure me that onely have formtoday

Flexi took a payment without my authorization. I would like to speak with someone about this.. They did not speak with my wife nor me about taking a payment.

We experienced a very shocking and frightful encounter with a rent to own furniture store Flexi employee. On 4/22/17 a Flexi employee came to my home twice to collect from my son who suffers from severe anxiety and sucidal ideation.

The 2nd time the employee corner my son. The employee then bullied and threaten my son and said he was not leaving and would sleep in my front porch until he got the payment. He followed my son to withdrawn money from my bank account because he did not get pay until Thursday. The employee followed my son to the ATM causing my son to wreck my car.

Employee did not care laughed at my son while he was having an anxiety attack. The employee grabbed the money and left. My son returned home upset having anxiety attack. My son took off walking very upset fearing he would hurt himself.

I contacted the store to place a complaint and the person that answer the call only blame my son and refused to talk to his employee on his inappropriate behavior. I understand my son was a week or two late but to bully and threaten a client in that matter is very unprofessional and cruel.

I want to place a complaint against Flexi and especially that employee for this type of behavior never happens again to anyone else. A formal compliant will be place to the Better Business Bureau.

Someone from Flexi came by to collect on my son. He harassed my son to get money from ATM machine .

flexi staff followed my son causing him to wreck my car. I am putting a big compliant to the better business bureau on Flexi. I will only provide negative feedback so other people will not be harassed and followed and mistreated as we were. For $50 pass due, Flexi staff threaten to sleep at the front door until he got paid.

There is other ways collect besides bully soneone. I just want people to know that if you do not want to be bullied do not rent to buy from Flexi.

Well I purchased to lease a loveseat and sofa from this business ,Felix Compras . I loved the style ,color , and material .

I was told they also they were the last ones left .When they got delivered ,I noticed the bottom feet were positioned differently . I called the store back and asked if this was normal . They said yes . So I kept the sofa and loveseat .

Just this past week I noticed the sofa was lower on then the other side of the sofa . I immediately called the store and spoke with a employee . He stated he would come by on that day which was a Friday . And would repair and or repositioned the feet .I waited all day and he never arrived .

I assumed He was not going to show up . I got called today which is Tuesday by someone named Jose , because my payment was due .

I asked if anyone was going to make repair on the sofa , he said I wasn't on a schedule for repairs .He also told me their not responsible for any repairs .And that I also have to make a three day payment even though , I am going to return the sofa and loveseat .I felt totally dissatisfied as a customer . Bad service .
