Resolved: Refund on account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally got a response and a refund for the security deposit
Still awaiting my refund. I had an agent escalate issue and still has not been resolved i asked to speak with a supervisor about the issue and of course like always there are none available but my name phone number and ticket number went to a supervisor to call me back tomorrow. This is really bad customer service and i will not recommend this company to anyone
