After searching for 4 hours, looking for a phone number or address. I found one through the email Flexsuits had supplied.
I sent the suit jacket and one of the pairs of pants to the address Flexsuits said to, wrote the new size I needed, paid $30 to return it, and have never received a new size or refund. Never buy from Flexsuits unless you know your size and won't have to return it.
I would like to exchange a suit I bought for my husband for a bigger size. Your phone number doesn't work.
I have emailed four times with no response. My husband loves the suit jacket but he needs a bigger size. How can we get someone to return our calls or emails?
