Flare skirt ordered was too big and the knitted fabric was very thick. The model featuring the skirt was most likely a thin teenage girl.

Returned the item on March 28th and am waiting for my full refund. Today is April 11th.

Positive review: customer service returned my call within an hour and will look into returning my refund ASAP.
