Terrible service department

I have a 2023 Audi A6 and Ive been having connectivity issues for 2 months now. The app will not connect to my car.

Ive been to Fletcher Jones at least 4 times regarding this issue. Theres STILL no solution. I was put in loaner, the tire went flat and I was charged $317 for the tire. HOW?!

I was in the car for about 30 minutes and was told I had to pay for this tire. How do I know damage wasnt done before receiving the car? So, I paid and requested my car back. Theyve had the car since 7:30 am and still NO Resolve!

Do not do business with Fletcher Jones Audi.

I could smack the Audi Coordinator, Vanessa! Whats the number to the *** head quarters?!?
