I have. Cats 2011. A few weeks ago I went to go out and got to my car it was completely dead could not even open the door. Called my neighbor that is a mechanic and he was able to start it, I drove the car to Flemington Cadillac. They told me they need d to do a diagnostic and it would cost $139.88, I was surprised but being so upset about the situation with the car, I said okay. They called and said the car needed a BY19 module body contro and charged me $528.37. Then they said that the hood latch needed to be replaced which they did and I was charged $371.04. They also said that I needed a new battery which the charged me $198.15. When we picked up the car my husband asked for our battery back because it was only a year old, at first he said I don't have it but at my husband insistance he went and retrieved from the dept he had sent it to. My husband took the battery to an auto parts store and they tested the battery and the battery was good. They just sent us a check reimbursing us for the battery. After having the car for a few days, I drove it once then went to put some things in the trunk because we were going away the car was completely dead. I called them again and they sent a tow truck. They called us back that the module was defected and they were replacing it. The next day they called that there was other things that need to be replaced and they were also draining the battery. My husband was so upset that he said do not touch anything else and also put my battery back and we will pick it up on Friday which we did, my husband says the car doesn't drive the same. We feel that we were ripped of. We paid $1373.64 and were without a vehicle for almost two weeks. Flemington Cadillac does not what the are doing I would not recommend the to anyone. I hope that you can give me some satisfaction on this problem becaus I always loved my Cadillac from the beginning and now I'm having second thoughts if I need a new car soon.
