I had the worst buying experience with Fleetwood Homes in South Carolina.
- - Told plywood, got OSB.
- - There were two shower leaks and a toilet leaking into the subfloor.
- - Dining room subfloor replacement not done.
I was told I'd get plywood floors but I got osb instead. I experienced 2 shower leaks and a toilet that had 2 holes in the floor and the toilet was leaking into the subfloor.
I was told that the subfloor in the dining room needed to be replaced but never got done.
When I continued to ask for help for Fleetwood to send out another person to fix it they said my warranty is pasted. N

I can’t even give 1 star. My home is garbage and it was brand new. Electrical problems
- - Electrical problems cause doors not closing and counters coming loose, with no emergency contact, no heat, and house below 50 degrees.
Electrical problems doors dont close properly counters falling off. Horrible decision to buy this home.there isnt an emergency number and its snowing and I have no heat because of faulty electrical.
Cant get ahold of anyone.worst of the worst.
Do not recommend buying anything from this place. My house is below 50 degrees
