Dishonest and rude
If I could give a negative rating, I would. I had a flat tire.
They found the leak and put in a plug. $20, more than most places charge, but they were conveniently located. Next day, the tire was flat again. I brought it back in.
They found another leak right next to the first one. They plugged that. They said 20 bucks more.
I said, "if you had told me that in the beginning, I would have just bought a new tire." They argued with me, saying it was a new leak that I must have gotten after they fixed the first. The guy actually yelled at me and told me I wasn't getting my *** car" back until I paid the additional $20.
