They were very helpful with resetting my password and helping me make changes to the account. Also talked me through the process of how to work their online system to make changes in my own in the future without calling every time to get them to do if for me.

I made a 200 $ deposit over the phone and I was told that someone would contact me in 5 business days and after that my card would be mailed out but no one has contacted me and I still haven't received my card nor has my money been refunded

They took a deposit from my account and never sent me a fuel card and it's been going on 3 weeks and I called and sent emails but no response

THEY ARE NOT COOPERATIVE WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO CLOSE OF HAVE CLOSED AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM

I have been waiting on my deposit since December, which was only supposed to take 6-8 weeks from the date of closure. At first, they acted like I didn't close the account in December, and then they keep giving me the run arounds. I still have not received my deposit, which was supposed to be in my account on 2/18/2022, but not they've written an email stating that I will receive a check on 3/4. This is totally ridiculous, do not get an account with this company at all!! They are not worth it.
