Cannot Get On Their Site
I have been looking for a special phone case and finally found it on Flazzy Store. I like to have access to their site prior to ordering.
There is a Sign-In button, but nowhere to create an account. I instant messaged them, and they said I didn't need an account on their site to order. I told them I like it for tracking purposes. They told me they send me a tracking number.
I finally asked why they didn't want me to have access to their site, and that was the last I heard from them. So I am not ordering.

Customer service is non-existent, and product is marginal.
I purchased a Samsung S21 case, which was bigger. The case itself wasn't the $29.85 that flazzy charged for it.
It may not have been worth more than 5 bucks. However, when I realized the case was the wrong size, I called the company 4 to 5 times, sent several emails via their "contact us" form, but no one bothered to contact me back. Finally I disputed the charge with paypal, and once I opened the case, finally they contacted me back via paypal saying the case is non-returnable.
The website customer service is ridiculous, unprofessional, and simply disgusting. Find another place to buy your phone case.
